Hasegawa presenting one of the best photoetch detailing set for 1/700 IJN Aircraft Carrier “Akagi”.

The etched parts consist of two sheets (size:246.5x43.5mm and 216x103.5mm),

The set reproduce handrails, personnel rescue nets, underside girders of the flight deck, flight deck struts, propellers and main landing gear parts for carrier-based aircraft.

In addition, in order to replace the girder on the lower surface of the flight deck with etching, the kit comes with a new flight deck part with much nicer deck surface and new engraved keys on the lower surface to replicate the ceiling of the hanger deck.

This super detail-up set is compatible with Hasegawa’s "Akagi Full Hull Version (CH117)" (). released at the same time or the "Aircraft Carrier Akagi (product number: 227)" of Waterline Series
